I absolutely loved working with Brandon, never thought I’d ever click with a male therapist but to my surprise I did. He was really great with helping me with personal explorations to help me better in the long run.

Working with Brandon was a wonderful experience. He helped me develop healthy work boundaries that have significantly decreased my anxiety and stress level. What's been going well is the fact that Brandon shows up prepared for each session with follow up questions based on notes he's jotted down. I appreciate that a lot and it allows us to be more effective. Overall we work well together and have a good understanding and regular communication.

We always have good conversations and effectively discuss important events and concepts in my life. I get to know Brandon by his style of responses and he gets to know me by my answers to his questions and my responses. It's always a valuable and well-spent 30 minutes for me. As we've progressed over the year I've become more comfortable with discussing different things and growing to accept life as it is. I feel I develop more compassion and understanding for myself and other with each session. I also feel I get to discuss important goals with someone who will listen and pay attention. I appreciate Brandon's effort and work to listen to, respond to, and support me in our conversations.

We always have good conversations Brandon shows up prepared with relevant and appropriate discussion points We get along well and understand each other He is fun to talk with and we enjoy some laughs occasionally also I feel I am improving greatly with therapy and Brandon's guidance We have an open environment and conversation I think we are working on dialectic therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy mixed in to challenge thoughts and thought patterns This all works well for me and I am going to try engaging with the application's mindfulness exercises more soon

He has been great. My husband died right before the pandemic, and I had some other things in my life that I have not talked about to anyone. I wanted to make sure I processed it correctly. He helped me to understand things from a different perspective and really own the emotional space I was in.
